Design concept shall be based and affected on the below factors :
Environmental factors for the area and location.
Infrastructure works.
Underground services.
Produce of all relevant shop drawings
Design of Full automatic irrigation system.
Provide details for the main connection points and water tanks and pump room details.
Study and submit water demand calculation requirements with full break-down for all plantation works to assure the availability of providing fresh water without any short-ages in future as per municipality standards.
Installation for the networks shall be as per approved method of statements, approved health and risk assessment, approved material submittals and all subject to approved shop drawings and engineer’s satisfaction.
